iQOO has refreshed its Z-series lineup in China with the launch of the Z11, aimed at power users in the mid-range segment. The new model succeeds the iQOO Z10 (review), which debuted in India at a starting price of Rs 21,999. However, given the current market conditions and rising component costs, the iQOO Z11 is unlikely to match its predecessor’s aggressive pricing if and when it makes its way to India.

The iQOO Z11 has been launched in China with a sticker price of CNY 2,299 (~Rs 31,000) for the base 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The phone also comes in higher configurations, and they have been priced as follows:
The handset will be available for sale via the company’s official website in three colourways: Canglang Fuguang, Skylight White, and Polar Night Black.
The iQOO Z11 debuts with a bigger 6.83-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a higher 165Hz refresh rate for smoother graphics and frame rate than its predecessor. The display also supports 300Hz touch sampling rate, HDR support, and 100 percent DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. At its core lies an upgraded MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC, which is a high-performance, 4nm mid-range chipset – faster in raw performance than the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
The iQOO Z11 should not only be able to handle daily activities with ease, but also manage gaming and heavy multitasking. To dissipate heat during heavy usage, the smartphone features 7K Ice Dome VC Liquid Cooling (translated from Chinese). Software-wise, the iQOO Z11 runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box.
The latest iQOO Z-series smartphone also gets a bigger 9,020mAh battery than the iQOO Z10, with support for 90W fast charging and OTG reverse charging. The handset has managed to accommodate the large in a form factor, which measures 163.72×76.17×8.25mm in dimensions, and weighs about 216.5 grams
In optics, the iQOO Z11 sports a 50MP + 2MP dual-rear camera setup and a 16MP front-facing camera. This seems to be a decent setup for casual photography, to say the least. The handset sports an in-display fingerprint scanner for security and offers 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port as connectivity options.
The iQOO Z11 does bring a set of meaningful upgrades, but with no clarity around its India launch timeline, it’s too early to say whether it will be worth buying. If you need a performance-focused smartphone right away, there are several solid alternatives to consider, including the OPPO K13 Turbo Pro, which currently stands out as one of the best gaming options under Rs 40,000.
