Vivo X300, X300 Pro to debut in China next month; no X300 Pro mini this time

It’s Android flagship season in China. Starting with the Xiaomi 17 series on September 25th, the Vivo X300 series will soon follow as early as next month. After weeks of teasers, Vivo has finally confirmed that the X300 series will launch in China on October 13th. The lineup includes the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro, both powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset and running on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box. Vivo also confirmed that there will be no X300 Pro mini this time, more on this later.

Vivo has revealed key details, including the designs of its upcoming flagship lineup. The Vivo X300 Pro model will feature a larger 6.78-inch flat display with a slim 7.99mm profile and a sturdy metal frame for a sharper edge feel. It will be available in four colours, including Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black, with each finished in velvet glass. The standard X300 is slightly more compact with a 6.31-inch screen, measuring 7.95mm in thickness, and will arrive in Lucky Color, Cozy Purple, Free Blue, and Pure Black. This model also carries the same velvet glass finish combined with a metal frame.
