Verdict

The Lenovo 14w is a great touchscreen laptop which comes with a lot of quality features. The battery backup is excellent for daily use. The processor is decent enough to handle heavy multitasking. However, you can find some other laptops in this price range with a dedicated GPU.

Display and Battery

The Lenovo 14w features a 14-inch Full HD LED IPS Multi-touch display with a screen resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The laptop is available in a black coloured option and weighs around 1.53Kg. Acting as the stamina provider, a Li-ion battery is provided that claims to deliver a backup of around 10 hours.

Camera and Configuration

The Lenovo 14w has a webcam which can record HD quality videos and also helps to make video calls. The laptop has a 1.8GHz AMD Dual-Core A6-9220C processor which is coupled with a 4GB DDR4 RAM that manages to deliver a quality performance. The graphical requirements of the system are handled by an inbuilt AMD Radeon R5 card. The laptop boots on a Windows 10 Professional operating system floating on 64-bit architecture.

Input Device, Storage and Connectivity

The Lenovo 14w comes with two basic input devices as a standard notebook keyboard and a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support. In terms of storage, a 128GB SSD is present that makes the file transferring and loading faster. You can also save an ample amount of files and documents in it. The device is available a wide range of connectivity option such as Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2, two slots for USB 3.0, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and an SD card reader.
