As per the given specifications this laptop doesn't have an optical drive, while the displayed picture shows an optical drive. Please check for such inconsistencies going forward, such errors spoils the trust and buyer loses the buying urge.
One star only for quick delivery! Three year extended warranty is not valid for this product Flipkart is laying about this offer it is not valid for all B series laptop I have registered for the same and got written reply from Lenovo. As mentioned on Flipkart website this product does not have any optical drive but what I recieved has one so it is not the right product which Flipkart is delivering. Lenovo installed the windows 8.1 corrupted version which never updates constantly giving the same error. Keyboard is very cheap looking sounding like anything while typing. Called and written Flipkart and Lenovo many times and no one is in the position to give any resolution or refund. I want my money back so don't spent yours on this. I was using dell Inspiron since 5 years my experience with dell is awesome so I will rather recommend dell. And for God sake never exchange your dell product for any Lenovo product as I have done the biggest mistake.
