My review is more concerning to the service rather than the product. I bought this from Flipkart on 17th September. Upon receiving I realized the sound doesn't work. Even though external speakers are working, internal is not working. I tried troubleshooting from my side including re-installing the driver & restoring windows. Still it didn't work. So I ordered for replacement. They called me three times only to ask the same question i.e. if I have driver installed or not. Thats as far as they could do. First two times they said they will set up a time with Lenovo technical guy and I was okay with it. Third time they asked me to do it myself i.e. call Lenovo technical support and if he said there is a problem then mail Flipkart about it.I agreed to that as well. But with that they also closed my return request by saying it was rejected since they have suggested some troubleshooting. I am not sure how does asking to call Lenovo support qualifies as troubleshooting option. The only reason I was okay buying from Flipkart without even checking a product because they have return policy, but now it seems like I have made a big mistake.I am quite certain this will be my last purchase from Flipkart, but I still have to deal with this mistake that I have already made.
