Verdict
The Lenovo Thinkpad E470 (20H1004UIG) is an expensive laptop with speed processor and outstanding battery backup. The user can save a lot of files in the hard disk and the laptop is not that much heavy in weight. However, the price tag clearly seems to fall on the higher side as there are lot of other options with same features in little less budget.

Display and Configuration

The Lenovo Thinkpad E470 (20H1004UIG) laptop comes with a 14-inch HD LED backlit anti glare dIsplay and measures 339 x 42 x 22.4mm. It has a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels and boots on DOS operating system. Under the hood, there is a 2.5GHz Intel core i5-7200U processor coupled by 4GB of DDR4 RAM and integrated Intel HD graphics engine. The laptop weighs 1.87Kg and is available in two different colour bodies - black and silver.

Camera , Input Devices and Storage

The device is stacked with a 720p HD webcam and inbuilt microphone for video calling and recording usage. One can install video calling apps such as SKYPE, Hangouts, ooVoo, Jitsi etc. 
Like other laptops, this model also features input devices namely - touchpad with multi-touch gestures support and full-sized and spill-resistant keyboard. The user can create a library of files in the 1TB SATA HDD which revolves at a speed of 5,400RPM.

Battery and Connectivity

The laptop derives its energy from a 3 cell li-po battery which claims to render a backup upto 8.4 hours. Networking and sharing options include Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1, one USB 2.0 slot, two USB 3.0 slots, an HDMI out, a digital media reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and 4-in-1 reader (MMC, SD, SDHC, SDXC).
