AMD wins the race in many aspect.

Main Highlights are as follow- n+ Processorn AMD A8-6410 acc. to my knowledge and a bit research its definitely better than 4th gen i3 almost all variant and can be easily compared to 4th gen i5 so u can trust the processor.n ------NO HEATING ISSUES------ n+ GraphicsnAMD integrated graphics are way to better than Intel. 512mb dedicated and 1.5gb integrated.Except for those gamer people it will be enough to play games and other stuff too. n+ Lenovo sound output can beat anyone.Awesome sound.nAcc to me these are the basic things people get confused with. nUnused ram slot is very useful. pre-installed win 8.1 is good. 1tb hard drive instead of 500gb was needed. nfor around 24k price segment its the best choice. nnpeople you can go for it.

Looks can be deceiving
24 Dec 2014 By Wasim Raja On

I bought the exact same laptop from snapdeal. This laptop is veryy slow. It doesnt even compare with my 5 year old dual-core laptop. A8 is supposed to be a close to high-end APU for laptops.nnI am not talking about any games at all. The only things I used in this laptop were Outlook, Word, Excel, Mozilla, Chrome. Thats it! It hangs / freezes frequently for a short time, shutdown & startup take much longer than a 4th Gen i3. As per the hardware configuration, the performance must actually be better than 4th Gen i3. But, its not. Its very slow.nnI did all hardware checks, benchmarks, software updates but to no avail. I compared benchmarks with other laptops with similar configs and it looks like there are no hardware problems but simply, its a SLOW laptop.nnAnd then the Keyboard. OMG. Its one of the worst keyboards I have ever used. I am not exaggerating. The touchpad buttons are also very bad. So, it reduces your overall speed of usage. nnWindows 8.1 is also accomplice. Its just feels very heavy and bloated for no reason. My 4th Gen i3 handles it pretty well but still its very heavy on the memory. If you plan to buy this, better add extra RAM. Good that there is one unused slot.nnGreat looks, very light, nice brush metal finish, good battery life (around 2-3 hrs). nnBut I will never buy another AMD powered laptop ever! Now I understand why Intel dominates the market.
