My friends and brother complained about flipkart and it's service when the product you purchase is not good. I purchased this laptop only to find out that the battery is not charging but discharging on linux(ubuntu, fedora) etc. Flipkart is just forwarding this issue to lenovo and asking to talk to them to fix this issue. What i don't understand is why should I take this pain when flipkart is the guy who should take this laptop and talk to them. This issue is happening on the next day I got the laptop delivered. To all fellow people my suggestion is not to buy any costly item on flipkart, because these guys are big deceivers. This company is not trustworthy to buy costly items. I am rating the service as 1 start because there are no negative nor zero stars.
