Verdict
The Lenovo Thinkpad T450 (20BV0005US) ultrabook features a lightweight body, easy to carry around. It has a fingerprint scanner and a strong processor. The performance and the battery backup is good for daily usage. However, a Full HD display or dedicated GPU was clearly expected in this price tag.

The Lenovo Thinkpad T450 (20BV0005US) ultrabook comes with a 14-inch HD LED Backlit display which features a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. The laptop is available in a black coloured body which measures 340.36 x 233.68 x 20.3mm and weighs just 1.72Kg. Acting as the brain of the laptop is a 2.7GHz Intel Core i5-5200U processor assisted by 4GB of DDR3 RAM and an integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500 card. The laptop runs on Windows 7 Professional operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture.
 
Camera, Input Devices and Battery 
 
There is a webcam present above the bezel which comes in handy for video calling and recording purposes. The user can capture 720p HD resolution videos and the video quality is great.
The Lenovo Thinkpad T450 (20BV0005US) features three input devices - a fingerprint scanner, a standard notebook keyboard and a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support. In order to keep the show running for long hours, there is a 3 cell li-ion battery present inside the system.
 
Storage and Connectivity
 
The user can save a large amount of data in a 500GB SATA hard disk which performs task at a speed of 5,400 revolutions per minute. The networking options available in the Lenovo Thinkpad T450 (20BV0005US) ultrabook are - a Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, three USB 3.0 slots, an SD card reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and a VGA port.
