The front screen of Lenovo Tab M10 (3rd Gen) LTE is a 10.1-inch IPS LCD. It commits to provide good visuals with its 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, 78.04% screen-to-body ratio and 224ppi pixel density. 

For photography needs, Lenovo Tab M10 (3rd Gen) LTE offers an 8MP resolution camera on the rear side. Though the camera has no flash, it features Digital Zoom and Autofocus features. As for the front side, the device has a 5MP lens.
