Product is Ok, but if you face any problem in TV, you wont get any assistance from LG Service Centre as happened with me. On facing a technical problem, I registered a complaint on LG Service Centre. After 5 days of registering my complain a technician visited to my home. He told me that a part of it needs to be repaired for which I confirmed him to do so. Since then I have tried more than hundred times to contact that technician/local customer care but neither that technician nor local LG customer care (Bharuch Branch, Gujarat) is picking my phone. I have made more than 10 calls to LG Customer care and they just assure me that you will receive a call from us within 24 hours, but till date I have not received any call. So now I am planning to purchase another TV, but obviously not LG.nMy Complaint No. RNA140820044425
The Product is awesome.I have not purchased it from flipkart as because it was not available at that time.I am using the TV for atleast 2 years.I didnt faced any types of problem.I am a happy customer of LG as well asFlipkart.
