Initially I am confused to choose between Samsung and LG brands. But Samsung 43 inch smart TV is costlier than LG. So settled for this TV. I got it for 37.5K. Coming to pros and cons, Pros: 1. Video and sound quality is good. 2. It's remote has quick access feature, you can assign YouTube, browser, screen cast etc to buttons. Long pressing the button launches the application. 3. Using LG plus app mobile can be used as remote / touch pad. 4. Recording feature with composite signal (but not with HDMI. 5. Flexible wall mount for changing direction, which enables to change the TV angle based on sitting position. Cons: 1. No of apps are less (no Hotstar, Gaana, news apps). But these can be accessed through browser. 2. The remote doesn't have alphabets. Entering text is painful. 3. Doesn't support video recording through HDMI port. 4. Refresh rate is only 50Hz, motion blurring is a issue. But I don't know whether today's DTH providers can provide more than 60 Hz rate. Overall satisfied with the product.
I have received the product on 22 oct/17.After installing by LG service Enginner on 23/17 started my tragedy story.After switch on TV found display is not functioning. I have contacted Amazon customer care for replacement but it is very hard.They are asking for job sheet but LG people won't gave.LG people saying job sheets for only repaire .Who will solve my problem seller?Amazon?LG? It's big problem.I recommend don't buy valuable items on online.
