I brought this model from local dealer at 78k.nNew cinema screen design looks slim and edges gets disappeared.pictures are smooth as it has higher refresh rate.Ips panel makes it robust and perfect for large drawing room.new magic remote works with my tatasky hd+.It works on webOs operating system which is new so does have much to offer in india.n 3d is mind blowing even with normal tv.and if you have 3d sbs videos(there are many on youtube just download)dinosaur will leak your nose. kids like pop-up videos more.3d resolution is great and smooth there no one complained of headache after prolong viewing.there is no need to take special care of 3d glasses as they are cheap compared to active shutter glasses.Lg should have provided clip-on glasses for elders and kids glasses.you can connect your external hard disk, pen drive ,laptops, tablet all mobiles and pc at a time with tv.built in wifi works very well.sound is enough loud.no need of home theater system.flexiwall mount comes free with it.there is no normal remote so you have to adopt with magic remote.LG remote app works very well so you can controll all from your handset.n All is well with this tv.but price is some what heigher.there should be lots of apps and services on app store. Tv's processor is slow, menu is verry big and comes in between picture when doing adjustments.

TV Rocks. Customer Care sucks.
18 Nov 2014 By Rohit Dubey On flipkart.com
One of the best decisions to buy this TV. One of the worst decisions to rely on LG customer care for coming to my place and install this TV. The TV was delivered overnight by Flipkart on saturday morning, kudos to them. I was basking in the glory of professionalism showed by them, and slowly dark clouds of incompetency started hovering. It is Tuesday. My box packed TV is still staring at me like a Virgin bride in the living room, and I am waiting for the groom from LG to arrive and put this TV in its rightful place. nnOh yeah, though flipkart said, 'we will speak to LG on your behalf and the guy will install it in a day or two, I still called them up and was told sir, 'fine, since you're in such a hurry, we'll put your request on priority'. So much for hurry. Ek woh din thha, ek aaj ka din hai. nnCalling a third-party electronics-guy to install it now, I bought the TV to watch my favorite programs, and my favorite show is not called, "Honey, Look at the carton and be happy, it's in 3d!"nn______________(post installation review)_______________nnnThis TV works like a dream. Its extremely intuitive user interface kinda grows on you and you with each interaction with this machine, you'll get more and more fond of it. Though during the first usage, my remote unpaired from the TV for a brief while and gave me a minor cardiac; i had to google the problem for trouble shooting and thankfully the solution was too simple. nnI was pleasantly surprised when the remote behaved as a universal remote and took over my set-top box features as well, so good bye you ugly Hathaway remote now, I am burying you forever.nnI tried plugging in a cordless keyboard to see if it worked for searching links on YouTube, but there was some issue and it only got partially connected, i am still doing R&D on that front. Hopefully, there is a solution or a more compatible keyboard to go along. nnPicture quality is fabulous, and cosying up infront of the TV is much more comfortable when the 3d glasses don't weigh as much as Thor's hammer. So a big thumbs up to passive 3d technology. For whatever you say, about this being inferior, I love it, and in spite of considering Samsung active 3d for purchase, I ended up with this...seriously, unless you have a special place in your heart for cyclops and to look like him with those Samsung glasses, please go for this baby's passive 3d. You can toss them around, and use them till Armageddon.nnSo far it has played all the formats of HD movies I have thrown at it, and they all are pure joy. Amazing. nnThe only downside of this TV is the audio, which will have you craving a minimum 2.1 stereo sound system. For the time being I have unhooked my PC speakers and the headphone jack on this TV came in quite handy. Honestly that's all you'll need, unless you have some extra cash for sound bar. nnAnd since there is this awesome exchange deal going on for your current TV, I'd say go for it! It will make a lot of things redundant in your house, your pc, your chromecast /appleTV / your blue-ray / dvd player...and on a bad day, your girlfriend/boyfriend too.
