I ordered the item few days back at 10:30 in the evening and received in next day morning so thanks for the good and fast service by Flipkart.nThe product is Good as expected, in this price range this TV is superb. The packaging was good. I have not used the product much but the picture and sound quality is nice. It supports multiple formats as well, I tried multiple formats with full HD videos and it worked as expected. It also supports USB, HDMI, VGA as well. You have an option to connect external speaker with 3.5mm jack. If you want installation assistance you just need to contact Lloyd and they will send a technician for installation.
Service is ok Tv is1 great but surround sound system volume is1 dull Overall 3yrs warranty is a positive factor for casual use purpose only
