I bought this Lloyd 28inch LED TV from Flipkart. It got delayed in delivery. There is no free installation.The picture quality is really bad. Pictures are stretched and all colors are reddish. Any change in color adjustments wont work. Immediately I asked for return for the defective product and worse quality product. I requested this on 17th March. They kept stretching till 31st March, then again increased the deadline till 5th Apr. Before this I communicated multiple times and they said it will be refunded. Not today, they are saying we can not refund. The customer care person was really bad spoken, as if he was drunk, careless. I used to be a Flipkart loyal customer, but this is really bad. I would never ever buy from Flipkart again.
Till now working fine... 1.4 years completed
