Verdict
Micromax Funbook P256 is a decent tablet with an affordable price tag. It comes with a decent set of configuration making it an apt tablet for entertainment on the go.
A new form of entertainment

Design and camera

Micromax Funbook P256 slate comes in 7-inch 16M LCD screen with multi-touch capacitive touch capability. The screen resolution is 480 x 800 pixels and the tablet comes in black and silver color variants.
 
The tablet sports 3MP primary camera and 1.3MP secondary camera for capturing amazing moments and video recording. 

Chipset and OS

The Micromax tablet is powered by Cortex A8 processor with 1.2GHz clock speed. The RAM capacity is 512MB for decent speed and performance. The tablet also has Mali-400 graphics for good gaming. It works on Android v4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. 

Storage and connectivity

Micromax Funbook P256 has 4GB of built-in storage capacity which is configurable to be expanded upto 32GB via microSD card. For connectivity, it has options like 3G via dongle, Wi-Fi, and USB Port. It lacks Bluetooth and GPS.
 
Battery and entertainment

The battery is 3,000mAh Li-ion which gives 150 hours of standby time. It is pre-loaded with many apps and downloading of videos, games and other useful apps are made easy by M! Live.
