Display and Configuration
The MSI GL62 7QF laptop comes with a 15.6-inch full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) LED antiglare display and measures 383 x 260 x 29mm. The system is driven by a 2.7GHz Intel core processor from the seventh generation. It is assisted by 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics engine. For flawless performance, the user can increase the RAM upto 16GB. The laptop boots on DOS operating system.
Camera, Storage and Input Devices
For video calling and recording purposes, the laptop is stacked by a 1.3MP webcam and inbuilt microphone. In order to store a large number of different files, there is a 1TB SATA HDD with 7,200RPM speed present inside the system. Input devices include a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support, a standard keyboard and an 8x DVD R/W drive.
Battery and Connectivity
The MSI GL62 7QF laptop derives its energy from a 4 cell li-ion battery which claims to keep the show running for four hours. In terms of connectivity, the laptop offers a wide range of options such as Ethernet 10/100/1000 BASE-T, Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2, one USB 2.0 slot, two USB 3.0 slots, an HDMI out, a digital media reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and a mini display port.
