Its been 7 months since I have purchased this tv in Jan, 2016. Its a very good product. Cheapest price. Best quality. Clarity and quality are Comparable to branded ones. We are using it for 12hrs to 14hrs a day, yet I haven't face any problem till now. Good built in quality.
I bought this TV in December 2015 and it's LED screen got faulty after 6 months only, I called customer care several times and they are saying screen got faulty due to unknown reason and they have no idea when it can be repaired. No one is ready to take ownership. It's total waste , I will never recommend anyone to buy this brand tv or anything from snapdeal. I wonder if snapdeal will help me on this.
