I use phones primarily as communication devices (no gmail, facebook, etc). The Nokia 1 is perfect for my purpose. In comparison to my other phones, the Nokia 1's sound is much clearer, the signal strength is a lot better and I love that it's so light. The fact that it's part of the Android One program is a major bonus (software updates for 2 years). My only complaint is that the phone does not have a notification led -- the blinking light that tells you of a notification when the display is off. It does show notifications on an unlocked screen, but one has to turn on the display to see them. This is quite an inconvenience
