Hi, I am writing this after almost 1 month of purchase of this TV. I will tell you what a depressing service delivery i have recived from Flipkart.nnThe replacement warranty for this product is 7 days, however the instalation guy comes after 10-12 days, now consider a situation if your comes out defective during instalation, flipkart will not replace it. Bang your head with Philips.nI initiated return on the 5th day but that too they would not accept as it did not have a fault that i could prove. Thus no question asked replacement policy is fake.nInstallation is free when they say, the intsllation guy comes to your home and say i would not do for free, you have to shell out 920 bucks. Now bang your head with flipkart for refund as they would only give you a gift card, so even if you have no wish to buy anyfurther from flipkart, you don't have a choice.nNow, even when the so called gift card is given to you, when you forcibly buy something, and at payment gate you see your account has no gift cards. Again bang your head with flipkart people to get your own money as a gift card from flipkart.nnMoral of the story Never ever ever buy from flipkart. Atleast not something of high value for sure.
