Bought it from other website only because of the price it was offered (34K). The product is not worth the investment, let me summarize why. nnCONS: n*The refresh rate is unbearable. Try watching Gravity bluray via USB (next point about USB playback issue) and the jitters appearing in picture will make you roundhouse kick yourself. Also, for any USB playback the sound is low as usual. I still have not tried playing via bluray player connected through HDMI, but don't have any hopes from that as well. Don't know about input lag, but in all my guess is that it is beyond 40 ms. nn*Now worst part. The USB drive does not supports anything above 4GB and that too USB 2.0. Because of high current draw of USB 3.0 drives (around 900 mA, and TV's single port supports only 500 mA) and drives greater than 4 GB in capacity. Although this alone is not a deal breaker, but yet it is a flaw. The quick fix to this is - to source either a 4GB USB 2.0 pendrive or buy a Y cable that connects two female USB into one male USB 3.0 connector (for your hard drives upto 500GB, available for Rs.100-120). The dual current draw gives enough power to the drive to power up and spares you from wringing your own neck. nn* Built quality - Manufactured by Videocon in Vadodara, the built of this TV is flimsy. I often find myself scared while trying to lift it upwards to find the ports to connect. nnPROS: n*Cheap - well not exactly but warranty of 3 years (1 year on product and 2 on panel) kinda compensates for few of my misdeeds. nn*Average sound, nothing spectacular but not that bad as well. In few HD channels, (travel XP) a slight distortion on high levels is audible. Tuning is available frequency wise. You can play around manual mode to get the best for yourself (whom you are kidding, best sound from TV speakers? Go buy a home theater folks)nn*Picture quality - OK, nothing too jaw dropping to write home about. HD channels look good, while SD ones look fair enough. Full HD - I haven't seen a full HD quality, since I do not have a medium to connect that size to this TV. nnOverall, better look for some other options like at this price range, a VU 50 incher can be bought, which has far better picture quality and USB capabilities (plays 1 TB of harddrive without breaking a sweat) and nice sound as well. I wished I had followed this advice myself. Avoid this purchase, forget 3-5 years of warranty being offered. You can go for this TV if you don't care about USB drive issue, refresh rate, have few HD channels to watch via TV.
please make the delivery in Chennai, i am so eager to but it . good tv and best price and reat guarantee., value for money
