I accidentally broke my touch glass and I couldn't find a service centre in chennai!!!nI sent a mail to their support and there was no response and in toll free number the talk like crap and they giving estimate of 3000 rupees just for touch glass where as i bought the whole tablet for only 8000.
Simmtronics company is fooling customer by selling low quality products & later not giving warranty to customers, Toll free no. not working, Office no. no one replies, staff totally irresponsible. They have sold many it products in nehru place & now all faulty products are not being replaced.
