i read two reviews one from "HADES SEAN" and from "Vineet Kumar". both are equal . either both person are from same family or its a marketing strategy of flipkart.nFlipkart can you please clear the doubt.
I ordered this sony tv through flipkart on 1st sept 2014. However got pathetic experience from both companies. First of all product is scheduled to deliver on 3rd Sept with mentioned time slot which has been postponed & communicated just 2 hours before scheduled delivery time by flipkart. Delay was due to rain which was not mentioned & considered while selling the product & while making delivery date confirmation. Post I received the delivery on 4th September, SONY's person visited my place for wall mounting the LED TV. Post mounting he tried to turn it on but the same is not on properly & he repacked it in the same manner it was delivered to our house. I immediately raised complaint to flipkart & they assured that a service engineer from SONY will visit to my place for checking the product & post his recommendation the existing piece will be replaced & the visit will be made in next 48 hours or 2 working days. on 6th sept I received the call from SONY India that the service engineer visit is arranged for product check & they requested to convey the time slot for the same. accordingly I suggested them the time slot of 5pm to 6pm as per their convenience. The same is confirmed by the SONY & informed me that the engineer will give call before visiting our place on the same day. Since then no one called either from flipkart or from sony & no visit made on Saturday, for which I recalled them on their existing customer care services.Every time I got assurance that the same will get done on Monday 8th sept 100% on priority basis. Today I called the customer care services of both SONY to send the service engineer once again between 5 pm to 6 pm on confirmed basis as I was out for training seminar & was not able to access calls on mobile. There was shear lack of response from SONY today also. I once again called flipkart executive Mr.Ibrahim & urged him to arrange the service engineer's meet tomorrow between 6 pm to 7 pm as I will not be able to make it before the same, on which he replied that he will try for the same but can't assure it as SONY service person are not available post 6 pm. I replied him that when I provided time slot as per their convenience they didn't turned up & now when I am asking as per my convenience they are not ready to provide the services, on which he has no answer on the same. Above all product is yet to be tested. My friend bought Samsung TV on the same day from the same company & got mounted on the same day with efficient service from the company. NO WONDER SONY is loosing their market share & shine on their services, but its shocking that growing company like flipkart is also joining their hands to DIG ITS OWN GRAVE.nnnThe key points of the case study isnn1) If you are buying any brand new SONY product from flipkart be aware that if its not in working conditions you will have to face a tortured customer service experience for the product for which you already paidnn2) Product is yet to be reviewed
