Not worth a single penny.nnThe item was recieved damaged for the first time.nThen, the delivery was delayed for around 10 days exactly the time period of replacement policy.nSo , I'll give 1 star to the Flipkart delivery servicennNow coming to the product, The product is worst.nThe T.V does not support 4K video even if the model have the features of UHDnnThe video quality is also worst.nI played Tera Yaar hoon (Sonu ke Titu ki Sweety) and the contrast and colour of haldi is green instead of yellow.nBelow there is a image.nnThe Miracast feature is also lagging.nThe video and apps are very much slower like a tortoise.nnThe service of Thomson Company is also worst.nThey are just bribing the customer by extending the warranty for 18 months and giving mouse and keyboards for rating the product a 5-star review. So most of the 5-star review of customers are mainly for the reason of extended warranty.nnThe time of waiting for the product was wasted.nnThis is very honest review for the product and the company.nIf you want to ignore this review and Buy the product , then best of luck.nnI'll give a 0- star but it's not available.
I purchase TV on flipkart with in 2 months TV screen problem. Flipkart and Thomson care respponce very very bad complete 20 days. Flipkart and thomson care says we required 15 to 30 days tell today. I call daily basis, say forwarding the mail our consurnt deportment but result is zero. Dont buy the TV these type TV. Flipkart also responsible these type of problems.
