Showing its big bright screen, The Toshiba Satellite C50-A comes with a 15.6-inch HD Clear Superview LED screen with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. The display is sharp and bright, and its bursting colours will surely captivate your attention. With the dimensions of 380 x 242 x 33.8 mm and weighing only 2.3 kg, it is a light device though it does looks large. The design of the laptop is further enhanced by its sulking white colour.

Processor and OS

The Toshiba Satellite C50-A depends on the power of 2.3GHz Intel Pentium 3rd Gen processor, which is combined with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. Additionally, Intel integrated HD performs all graphic related activities. All these parts are assembled on an Intel HM70 Express Chipset.Toshiba has loaded it with DOS OS. Overall, all hardware and software specifications are just average.

Camera, Storage, and Multimedia

The Toshiba Satellite C50-A is equipped with 0.3MP Dell Web Camera for group photography and video chatting, which is rather poor. For storage purpose, it has a SATA Hard Disk Drive of 500GB, which scores at 5400 RPM.Inbuilt stereo Speakers comes with Toshiba Audio Enhancement technology and deliver a resounding and HD sound that every music lover will like. The DVD-RW optical drive with Dual Layer support and a Touchpad with Multi Touch Gesture Support is also supplied with this machine.

For external connectivity purposes, this laptop supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1x USB (2.0), 1x USB (3.0), HDMI port and Multimedia card slot. A 6­ cell Li­-Polymer battery confirms extended usage, and claims to deliver a battery back-up of 4 hours.
