Samsung is ramping up its enterprise push in India, focusing on AI-powered connected solutions to help businesses modernise their operations. The company is positioning itself as more than a device maker, aiming to deliver end-to-end technology ecosystems that integrate hardware, software, and security into a single framework.

Central to this effort are Samsung’s Business Experience Studios (BES) in Gurugram and Mumbai, which function as live demonstration spaces where enterprises can see connected ecosystem solutions in action. The studios cover sectors including retail, BFSI, healthcare, education, and hospitality, with use cases ranging from immersive customer engagement to secure digital interactions. Samsung also uses these spaces as co-creation hubs, working with partners to develop tailored solutions for specific business needs.

The push comes as Samsung marks 30 years in India, and the company says it is actively working with enterprises across both private and public sectors as part of broader alignment with India’s digital transformation agenda. Knox security, AI platforms, and mobility solutions are among the key capabilities Samsung is bringing to the table.

Puneet Sethi, Head, Enterprise Business, Samsung India, said the company’s goal is to help businesses move from standalone devices toward intelligent, adaptive environments that can deliver operational efficiency at scale.

Samsung says it remains committed to growing its enterprise segment in India alongside its consumer business, with local innovation and ecosystem partnerships as the primary drivers.
