I purchased this TV from elsewhere, on last Dipawali. As this TV contains in-built DDB( means you need not to install a separate set-top box), there is less number of wire hanging around the set and single remote required. Great full HD picture quality. Sound quality of the set is far better than most of the sets of the so called big brands.n Above all it came with 5 year warranty, which no other manufacture was providing.
flipcart deliverd this product as per specification and befor time nthe tv does not have PIP function as mentioned in the specificationsother than that the product was as per details providednni chose videocon because it is an Indian company and i am an ex customernbut the local person who was suppose to provide me with installation and demo never shoed upnhe fixed the appointment 4 times and every time i waited for him atr least 2 hours and he didnt bother to call or show upneven flipcart called me and fixed the appointment ..but no use the service person didnt show at allnfinally had to get it installed and learn the functions myself.nwhat was more disappointing was the attitude of the service centrenthey were not at all co oprative nfollowing are some of the examples as they replied to my questions and thier conditions of servicenn1 } we oprate between 11 am to 6 pm (thats my office time)n2)so i requested them to attend the call betn 1pm to 3 pm ...when i can be at home to get the demontheir reply...we will come when our person in the area ..cant u have anyone at home all the time...nthis was stupidn3) they will call exactly around 2.45 and asked me the detail address everytime although i have explained them on phone ,send the person a detail address onby SMS and also they had he address with themnand even after that when i used to wait till 3.30 ...and no body used to come anor callnnafter 4 times repetition of the same i gave up and did it myselfnni hope somebody is bothered by this and does take some action.notherwise a good indian company with good products is going to suffernnthat will be sad
