tv is not at all good...just for name sake they are branding as bonding with google....as per the hardware specific tv is good...but user interface is really pathetic. 1) user interface is pure stock...you can't do customization.. 2) the basic option like dedicated sound and picture switch button is not there in the remote....you have to go every time to the settings and select the picture mode....and also colour adjustment things you cant see real time difference once playing video only you will understand.if you want to change again then goto setting 3) playstore is available with limited application(hardly 30 application, all are waste one). 4) youtube not at all keep in memory... once you come out from youtube it will reload again....really frustrated what is the purpose of 2.5/gb ram...not at all keep the application in memory. 5) netflix not at all support always showing not supported for your country...why dedicated key in remote...you can place youtube key 6) no eco options for eye protection 7) no browser in tv and playstore as well. 8) if you install manually any other application, it wont show in the home screen you have to open via es file explorer. most of the apps wont work properly because of remote control compatibility issue...so you cant choose options 9) no collaboration with other vendors (yupp,prime..etc) 10) no recent menu option to manage application 11) no vu application for smart phones like remote,casting,typing...even cloudwalker having an dedicated application for control the tv through smartphone. it is really not a smart tv...i hope future update will change the above concerns and more... update 30/03/2018 : first tv usb 2.0 is faulty made for replacements... 2nd tv arrived but this time tv back light issue(if back light is 100 no issue if you reduced the back light tv display will flicker) and speaker issue...hate vu...asked for refund. vu is good in non smart tv...
Here is my review for 49inch TV Audio & Video quality is superb no doubt. Android 7.0 is blazing fast no lags at all. Better then Mi TV 4 as in these VU TV official Play store is supported, we can play games I tried Asphalt 8 , Dead trigger its just amazing experience.
