Please don't buy any TV from flipkart. 1000% this is best fake website. All above reviews are fake I think so, when I informed to flipkart care, they given 24 days replacement. It's very very bad. I became a fool by ordering this, that too in flipkart, that too in big billion day . I lost my interest on this product at last. Hello flipkart please have look into this . flipkart guys are eating food or something else don't know waited amost 24 days, still there is no update from your side . if I call they will put call on hold for 30 min like that. Its not even picked till now. The maximum and worst Timeline given by the system also finished till now at least pick up also is not done. Am going to post in all social websites the same you took almost a month, but not even picked up the product. I will never buy any product in flipkart. I will suggest the same to my friends and collegues..
Good product with everything you expect and need in a Smart TV. But, i am giving it 2 stars just because of pathetic customer service from Flipkart and Jeeves (Official partner of flipkart for Installation/demo). I recommend this product but buy it from other online companies like Amazon etc. It may cost you 500 or 1000 etc, but atleast you would get good service. Fast delivery from flipkart initially but poor installation from jeeves. Only mounting done and that too very inappropriately. No demo given. Secondly, i got the defective product and Flipkart took 9 days to deliver the replaced product on14th Oct. Today is 18th and no installation done. And on top of it, lot of committments failures in between.
