They have a stunning camera, High tech specifications yet can't fix their Microphone issue. Two years back got Asus zenfone 2 from flipkart and had Microphone issues. After multiple attempts got it fixed only from their service center. Been using it till now but it stopped working after an software update from them which is no fault of mine. Apart from that, the phone was working fine and hence selected Asus again assuming they would have fixed this issue. After all these years, they are stuck with this problem. Contacted flipkart service and all they could suggest is doing Factory reset. Dear Flipkart, This would be my last product purchased from your company. Already had the worst experience with VU LED tv and now a faulty phone. Its better to go with our old next door shop even if they charge 1000rs higher. You will have the freedom of checking it before you buy.

Good but not up to the mark... Good thing first 1)The Phone looks cool 10/10. Its looks too slim and its very light weight. 2) Got it for 12599 in Big billion day.Now 14999 3) App lock is also good with finger check in. Now th worst thing 1) They say it has 20MP primary selfie...really. I Don't think so...may be fault in Omni version camera or may be a camera app upgrade is required. ( But if u use third party app like open camera or camera fx it awesome..it shows real things...) 2) Their is a bug in Zen UI 4.0 ...The battery indication percentage don't work properly. Example... The battery suddenly falls from 44% to 41% and also it is a problem while charging... Whenever I put it for charging even after 20 min it doesn't show any further increase in battery percentage but suddenly it increases by 2 to 5 percentage.. So it's a humble request to Asus ...to check the bugs and apply a patch in future update... 3) 5 magnet speaker ..What is this 5 magnet for.. It's not loud Thanks

Worst experience with flipkart service for this product. Product was faulty and headphones are not getting connected to phone. Tried with Asus JBL samsung sony headphones. Requested for Replacement, in the technician visit the person said it will not be replaced as the headphones are of other brand. Even after telling him that heaphones were of asus brand he said it won't be considered as product did not come with headphones. He asked me to find phone of same model which works properly. And rejected my request. Totally unprofessional. Still waiting for Replacement.

Poor battery backup.. Didn't replaced my phone..waste of money due to the battery which need charge twice a day..not ecptabl frm flipkrt..never very dissapointed..
