Hi,nI will suggest never go for the products from Karbonn. You will like product and its features as you are getting it in very less cost compared to other brands. But.....low cost also gives low quality. The Karbonn does not provide proper service to your mobile. Once you submit your mobile in service center, you will not get any response from service center. You need to call them and follow up. But you can not call them and discuss because the service center number available on Karbonn site are not working. MOST SURPRISINGLY YOUR CALL ON THE CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NUMBER OF KARBONN 18001024660 WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. I am facing this problem since 5 June 2014. My Karbonn Titanium S2 handset is submitted to service center on 5 June. No one is receiving my calls. For email, they are just giving answer that "Your complaint is under process and it will take few more days". You will not get any other reply from Karbonn. They are not ready to give replacement for the handset which become dead within 6 months from purchase and Karbonn is not able to repair it since 3 months....nnHENCE FRIENDS DO NOT EVEN THINK TO PURCHASE KARBONN MOBILES.nAlso flipkart will not help you in this regards as their responsibility lies only till 30 days from date of purchase. I have doubt that these website are selling the defective handsets.nThere is no negative rating else I might have given the highest negative rating.
I have bought Karbonn Titanium S2 8 months back. Got problem with touch screen. Have gone to their service center Maxcom. They have placed touch pad replacement order on 7th July 2014. Its more than 2 months but there is no response. Even the service center person doesn't get response from Karbonn.nKarbonn customer care number doesn't works. No one picks the phone. There support email is waste of time. Have been writing them and asking to escalate of pass contact number but there is no response. They don't bother about customer. Website corporate office number doesn't works.nDon't waste your hard earned money on such pathetic service oriented company.
The mobile is up-gradation of mobile Titanium S2, i.e. only software upgrade to Kitkat 4.4. nI'm using Titanium S2, the phone has lot of cons and do not even fulfill user needs, nIt is not helpful for heavy games, Low display, Heavy weight to carry. nnRAM 512MB is too low, the mobile running apps itself eats up 400MB, and its the major defective. And also don't comfortably support apps like cleaning master, apps need FORCE END to close.nnThe power button is too sensitive, It will shutdown when you kept in Jeans.nnKarbonn also made the new products, where the power button is placed on top, and providing 1GB ROM for lag free usage.nnSo think and Understand the Probability before buying.
I have bought this phone exactly a year ago. With in few weeks I have faced a display issue. but it was normal after few hours. So I have not paid any attention. But now it is completely gone.Service executive is saying it is an mother board issue. But the cost of mother board replacement is 7k. What a non sense. I suggest you do not buy these low cost phones from Karbon. It is just a use and through phone. Just remember this before you buy.
I bought titanium s2 plus on august 2014 . nFollowing are my observations . nnPROS : nn1.Battery standby is more than 2 days without much usage other than call , sms . n2.2g internet Speed in Opera Mini Browser is Good . n3.Wifi Connectivity is good . n4.PDF , word document reading and editing capability of android kitkat quick office is good . n5.screen is large enough (5 inch ) and pocket friendly .nnCONS:n1. comes with headset which is ear plug type and is uncomfortable to plug in the ear .
