Touchscreen problems, not working properly.
This product is simply superb. cost is just 3000 INR. Decent modelled. User friendly touch and keys. Surely the guys who designed this has a good vision in mind. Great Job.
Got the phone just now, working perfectly good, the screen size is the best this, looks really good in hand. Using more thn 2hrs, no hiccups at all. Must buy phone.
Service good
Touch is not very soft. Sometimes you need to tap hard on the screen. Phone is not 4G it is 3G & not compatible with Jio network. Don't buy the phone as there are very limited service centers in only Mumbai & as per the distributor, maybe in Bangalore. I was provided the distributor's number by Flipkart, when I needed service & distributor requires phone to be couriered to him at my expense for warranty. Daylight robbery. Not a good idea to purchase this phone. I have only had it for two weeks & it needs repairs.
