I am writing this post hoping it will get to the right people.nnA few months ago, I had bought xolo x900 phone after seeing your tv commercials. I was totally sold out on the idea of owning a intel phone. In fact I bought three x900.nnNow, two of the phones are not not working and I have repeatedly filed complaints with your customer care. For every issue they blame intel and say intel does not have a solution.nnnow a days, No one answers the phones or emails, try for yourselfnnDon't buy xolo phones, no upgrades, no after sales support. you will curse the day you bought this phone

Created great hype but delivered poor product.nn1. Only single core 2 ghz processor (Hyperthreading dosen't give dual core performance) and that too not Intel Clovertail. Same processor was used for Motorola Razr i that was launched in 2012.n*Important* This edition of intel processor has heating issues too.nn2. No jelly bean out of box.nn3. Not the fastest. Micromax canvas Hd or XOLO Q800 Antutu :-13k || Xolo X1000 :12knn4. Ridiculous pricing. 20k for a 2012 processor.nn5. Bluetooth 2.1nn6. 1900 mAh battery ... Xolo Q800 give 2100 mAh juice..nn7. PowerVR SGX540, 400 MHz Clock Speed GPU ( Hd Canvas | Xolo Q800 has a PowerVR SGX544 Gpu) .......expect poor performance in gamingnnThe only Advantage interms of Hardware is : n1. Good Display n2. 8 GB ROMn3. High score in CPU dependent benchmark. GPU nah......nI waited eagerly for this phone and now i will not going to buy this . nnChange price to :15k . Everyone will be happy.

Im still finding it incredibly difficult after finding xolo Q800 for 12000 including discount packages and WAITTT? Fastest smartphone ever???????? Who are you kidding XOLO? You J$rks !!!! You have more faster phones in your arsenal. Just make it a habit in the future before releasing $hithead hyper priced models like these. I was watching your dumb timer ticking and expecting something to come on top of the world, Atleast close to S4 Specs but just WHAT DID I GET? A humped up piece of XOLO (900) itself.. I can clearly see that X1000 is currently being raped by X900. As funny as it seems it is still ridiculous to think of. Bad going XOLO.... Bad going !!!!!

I sent my xolo x900 for service. It had network issues. It's been a month and still not got it back. Plus the customer care execs give the same response every time, assuring delivery in a day or two. They are not even sure if they have my phone or not. I am filing a police complaint now. Avoid having a traumatic experience like me.
