Product is not as expexted... Srvice from flipkart is best nd unbitable but product tested with both os win7 nd win10... For win7 Installation is little bit tought nd after installation driver issue is there... No usb diver, no dvd writer, no lan driver nd also no wifi driver is there after installation of win 7 so unable to install other software mainly divers.... Win 10 Good to use for office work only... No need to download or instll basic drivers like usb, wifi, touchpad... Issue comes when u r trying to install other divers which are already downloaded from acers site nd for particular model... Downloaded vga driver for this model is not working. Issue is shorted out by other model driver... Main issue is unable to install turbo boost driver which are listed on official site nd also unable to find on other site...

Super laptop. Total price 12075 (in big million day & pay with hdfc card for extra 10% discount ) it's too good . But one problem laptop in this laptop this is a without operating system so extra charge for Windows installation (Rs- 350). In 12075/- best price so I am fully happy with this product. No warranty card provide from Acer and flip kart also In this laptop grafic is not working properly.... Only Windows 10 support normally other os not supportable properly.
