The Acer Aspire One 756 NU.SGYSI.018 Netbook shows off an 11.6-inch HD LED backlit TFT LCD display running on CineCrystal technology. It is housed in an all black body that has a thickness of 27.35mm which is certainly quite anti-notebook. Despite such a thickness, it has a weight of just 1.4kg which is quite amazing.
CPU and Platform
At the heart of the device there is a 1.5GHz Intel Celeron Dual Core processor housed on the HM70 Express chipset. To support the processor, there is merely 2GB of DDR3 RAM which can be expanded via the 2 unused memory slots if you want to experience better performance. It manages high quality videos and games via the built in 128MB Intel HD GPU. It comes preloaded with Windows 8 OS of 64 bit architecture.
Camera, Storage and Multimedia
The Acer Aspire One 756 NU.SGYSI.018 Netbook is furnished with a 1.3MP Acer Crystal Eye HD webcam which makes online video calling at extremely high resolution possible. For storage purposes, the laptop arrives with a 500GB SATA hard disk on board.
While the standard keyboard lets you type comfortably, the touchpad supports different kinds of gestures like 2 finger rotate, flip, pinch and scroll to make fingertip computing look smooth and easy. The stereo speakers are powered by MS-Sound Compatible technology.

The Acer Aspire One 756 NU.SGYSI.018 Netbook promises to deliver up to 4.2 hours of uninterrupted service with a 4 cell Li-ion battery. On the connectivity front, it has features like 2-in-1 card, reader, HDMI out, Gigabit Ethernet, WLAN, VGA port and Bluetooth.
