The Acer Aspire E5-511 (NX.MPLSI.003) is a budget friendly laptop which, with its outdated processor and poor RAM, is capable of meeting only simple tasks. However, it impresses with features like the latest Windows platform, HD webcam, DVD Writer and most importantly a long lasting battery.

The Acer Aspire E5-511 (NX.MPLSI.003) features a 15.6-inch LED backlit TFT colour LCD display with a native resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It provides visuals with increased brightness thanks to Acer CineCrystal technology. The red coloured outfit is moderately thick (30.3mm) and has a weight of 2.5kg.

Configuration and OS

Doing the duty on the inside is a 2.1GHz Intel Pentium quad-core N3530 processor from the 1st generation family. It is aided by a paltry 2GB DDR3 RAM which can be further expanded up to 4GB through the single DIMM slot. It manages rich games and videos with the integrated Intel HD GPU. It sails on 64 bit Windows 8.1 OS which is a bonus in this price range.
