The Acer Aspire E5-571 (NX.ML8SI.004) features a glossy 15.6-inch Active Matrix TFT Colour LCD display with LED backlit and a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is wrapped in a simply designed red coloured chassis which has a thickness of 30.3mm and a weight of 2.5kg. The red colour definitely looks eye-catchy but may not be liked by everyone. One of the surprising features of the laptop is the presence of fingerprint scanner which increases your identity's security.
Processor and OS
On the inside, the laptop is loaded with a 1.8GHz Intel Core i5 4th gen processor based on QM87 Express chipset. It is aided by a regular 4GB DDR3 RAM which can be expanded up to 8GB through two unused DIMM ports. The Intel HD 4400 GPU is capable of managing casual games and movies well. It is devoid of any user friendly OS.
Camera, Storage and Multimedia
The Acer Aspire E5-571 (NX.ML8SI.004) carries a Acer Crystal Eye HD webcam which manages high resolution video calls smoothly. It is integrated with a digital microphone which cancels any noise in the background. For storage purposes, it has 500GB SATA hard disk.
It also has a DVD Writer which supports all kinds of disks smoothly. The laptop houses two stereo speakers powered by MS Sound Compatible to provide crisp, rich and loud sound.
