The iPad Mini features a 7.9-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD Capacitive touchscreen which is protected by scratch resistant glass, and has a resolution of 768 x 1024 pixels. iOS 6.0 (upgradable to iOS 7.0) is the operating system in charge. The tablet is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Apple A5 processor, accompanied by 512MB of RAM.
