The Asus Transformer Book T200 carries a 11.6-inch IPS LCD display which apart from 178 degree viewing angle clarity provides sharp and vibrant viewing with a resolution of 768 x 1,366 pixels and a pixel density of 135ppi. The rear fascia features concentric circle finish which definitely grabs attention.
Being a transformer book, the tablet can be easily attached to a keyboard via a stainless steel hinge to become a firm portable laptop. If you want to use it as a tablet, all you need to do is pull it out swiftly. It has a thickness of 11.9mm and a weight of 750g in the tablet mode and 1.5kg when attached to the keyboard. The slim keyboard also has a special tray which can be removed so that you can plug up to 1TB of external HDD.
CPU and OS
It drives its processes through a powerful 1.46 quad-core Intel Atom Z3775 processor paired with a 2GB RAM. Rich graphics is managed by Intel HD GPU. It runs on the latest Windows 8.1 OS to provide intuitive user experience.
Camera, Storage, Battery and Connectivity
The Asus Transformer Book T200 sports a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front snapper. It also has a digital array microphone for noise free video calls. It has an internal memory of 32GB but no microSD slot. The dual stereo speakers powered by SonicMaster deliver rich sound.
The Asus Transformer Book T200 can deliver up to 10.4 hours of uninterrupted service even when used heavily. Connectivity features include HDMI port, Bluetooth v4.0, USB port and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.
