Nice laptop, holding up good

Expectation: I bought this laptop for my parents and they have been using it for over a month now and they like it. Delivery: Delivery was within the promised window (I only had the option for Standard Delivery in 7 - 11 day(s), and it was delivered in 8 days). The packaging was good. Usability: Laptop does not gets hot, so it is easy to keep it on lap / bed for longer durations and I often see my parents using it more like a tab (because they browse internet more than write code / or do any serious work on it). Responsiveness: 4 GB of the ram is okay for several Chrome tabs / some playback and MS office. I often find it using up to ~70% of memory. Core M3 strikes a sweet balance between power of i3 and coolness of Celeron. Performance Per Watt CPU metric actually shows its value on this machine :) Battery: Haven't managed to completely drain the battery yet! But after ~5 hrs of usage battery reduced from ~90% to ~40% on few occasions, so I expect around 10-12 hrs of moderate usage. Build: It is quite lightweight and sleek (refer to specs for exact numbers) and hence puts in Macbook air / new Macbook category for portability. Touchpad is quite good - much better than my previous HPs and Dells! Though not as good as my Macbook. Keyboard is decent enough for me, but it boils down to personal preference. Recommendation: Its a great machine for moderate use (if you are a student of non-Computer Science stream, professional like lawyer / banker, etc). If you need to run IDEs and do heavy video processing look for something with atleast 8GB of memory and i5 / i7 processor.
