lags n opening files. takes more than 10 seconds in scrolling through web pages. looks good, keyboard is very nice. only problem is its slow response
I got delivery really fast. Product was in good shape. I had a query about Microsoft Office so I called customer care. It was really discouraging experience. They simply wanted to close the issue than solving it. That means if your product is fine then you are lucky. If you have any problem you will keep calling them forever.
