Big dial phone is very helpful for elders to use.

Hi My dad is using this product since 1 year and it's working fine even after a fall. Below are few points. Pros :- 1> Clear sound, durable, easy controls, light weight. 1> Keys are simple and easy for senior citizen. 2> the SOS button is added advantage incase of emergency. 3> Numbers on keys are big which is good for senior citizen. 4> Battery life is good as mention in specs. 5> The stand looks kool and also have charging port in it as well as in mobile. 6> The cord is long enough to charge. Cons :- 1> few hang up's so have to switch it off and remove battery and then restart but it's working fine till now. 2> The width might be problem for some. Hope they reduce it in their future mobile.

Its a very basic phone. Bought it for my aunty. Its very easy to use and has some nice salient features specially for Senior Citizens. So I am happy with the features such as large font size and SOS function. The battery life is good so far. It looks a bit bulky, it could have been a bit sleeker. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this phone for my grandmother. She is 80 years old and I am so happy that the phone matches 100% of her needs. About looks- The phone look like a cordless phone. Positives- The phone has large keys so it is easily visible and three dedicated keys for quick dialing. Also notepad on the back side helped to note some important numbers. The phone doesn't have any unwanted keys or options so it is very simple and easy to use. All over I rate this phone very best.
