The BlackBerry Z10 has created much hype before its release and seems to be packed with enough features to live up to the expectations it has built.
Read morephone is amazing but the truth is something else. Please bear with this post....nnThis has been by far the worst online shopping experience I've experienced. I still can't believe FLIPKART would treat a customer this way. Please bear with me..this is going to be a long postnTo elaborate......I ordered a blackberry Z10 and paid online. I received my order on time(I must say).nTo my surprise....First it was a used phone. It was laminated and had a contact number already saved in it and there was no seal on it's box. nSecond....Earphones were not original(even which are sold on footpath and in local market have better quality.....can bet on it).nThird.....when I called Flipkart .....CCE asked me to wait till 7PM as it was not showing delivered in it's system.nI requested him please annotate it but again same line call after 7PM because before that we can't help you.nHis supervisor Vaishali said the same thing.nI called them after 7PM and they said we will check it and will get back to you.nI kept on waiting then next day someone called me from Flipkart and said sorry sir and blah blah blah.nI asked him please explain how could a used phone be there in Flipkart warehouse and all.nAgain same line Sorry sir we will get it checked and definitely action would be taken against the seller(MAXX overseas-Bawana, New Delhi).nSo to summarise...I received a used or may be stolen phone from flipkart.com and their answer was it's not our fault but we will definitely take some action against the seller.nAfter number of conversations they asked me to do whatever I can.nDear Flipkart.Com you are already in the discussion in news after the footwear fiasco but it seems you still haven't learnt.nThis isn't fair. It seems your business mantra heavily relies on the fact that people are gullible. You think people are fool ??nIt seems all it takes is to replace the I with an O in your name if you carry on such dishonest trade practices. I still want to buy my stuff from Flipkart. But with such incidents, I have begun to question my choice of buying from your platform.nSince Flipkart thinks they can get away with this, and there is nothing customers can do, Please LIKE AND SHARE so that people realise how FLIPKART is blatantly cheating it's customers.n?#advicetocustomers?......don't go for flipkart(atleast for electronic gadgets).n?#advicetoflipkart?....Stop taking customers for granted and please stop ABUSING your customers.nnP.S:- giving it 1 star coz it was delivered on time :(
What was blackberry thinking ... They have lost their corporate market share in a big way .... most of the customers using Blackberry now a days in India are college students ... for BBM ... I doubt they will be spending that kind of money .. Blackberry will have to bring in a few lower priced phones soon to retain that market ... Further more ... the OS being new there are not many apps for it .... Forget apps .. even Whatsapp is not yet available for it and with BBM being available at a cost which is more than 40K I doubt many will be interested in BBM ... Having said that ... The OS is pretty good and I am sure more apps will be available in the future ... but even then this is a very overpriced phone .. and I think their Target is HNI's ... Frankly its priced almost as much as a Honda Activa ... Flipkart Time for you to take a cue and start selling motorcycles as well
