I bought this ac last month. From the first day itself the manual up down swing does not work. Even the engineer who visited on complaint said that this is known issue on this model and cannot be fixed. At last i have to stay with what I have.
I bought this product only 3 weeks back. Now suddenly it stopped and now it is like a dead machine. Nothing is on. Called up service center but they told me that the technician is not available due to summer time. Now i have been spending days without AC though i have purchased a renowned company AC!
