Brand matters, Blue star is the brand which is the real manufacturer of air conditioner, product is super it is working very well, this decision made me best as product is working very well, highly recommend product.
Don't even think of buying this AC. A 8 year old AC has more cooling effect than this. It takes around 4 hours to cool my room while the other ACs in the house take just 10-15 min though the room size is same. Trusting Flipkart with AC was my biggest mistake. Online Shopping is best for phones and other small products. If you wanna buy big appliances, do yourself a favor and visit the nearest offline store near you.
Very poor service of flipkart in providing the installation .Product is deleivered on time but its been 13 days i have been calling flipkart no response just getting assurance will get the call back but nothing,Its my worst experience with flipkart they were never like this still waiting for their backend team to get a call.Product is still in packed condition after these many days.POOR Service
The product is excellent cooling is superfast but the problem arised during installation they had charged rs 3000 while the bill was of only 2300 which is very disgusting for a company like bluestar . Hopefully they will look into the matter
