Very easy to operate and no complication in the user interface or to understand undesired features that many popular washing machine brands would do. Good technical support, hassle free installation and demo given by the Bosch technician. 15 minutes quick was is a boon for me where water pressure is erratic. I can quickly wash my one day used apparel using this feature. Only wonder if this machine was supposed to be made so heavy? around 80Kgs..well company says that makes it sturdy, durable and definitely GERMAN :)
