Have bought this machine in may beginning, and after using this machine felt the buy is value for money and worth buying bosch. No sound at all. washes clothes cleanly, no stains of detergent. no tearing of the clothes as i was experiencing in my previous washing machine.nnThe only issue i found is on the demo and installation process. didnt get the timely assistance from bosch. we waited for 5-6 days for the demo and installation. VIVEK's guys called me 2-3 times whether the demo is done or not. nnRest everything is fantastic. loved the experience of using the machine myself when wife is not around. only effort which will consume your energy is to hang-drying the clothes.
After a lot of research I went for BOSCH WAK24168IN model. It's been two months I am using this product. Really it is an excellent washing machine. After using this product My myth (Washing machine won't wash clothes like hand wash) came to false. nThe washing quality amazing.nLess noise. More programming options.n100% Value for money. nDon't think, Go for it!!!

They made me wait 8 days for installation after delivery. I would give flikart 1/5 for it.
Machine was delivered on Aug 27 and still not installed. Flip kart has no clue and every time they are telling that they have escalated matter but no use. Still not a single call from Bosch team for installation and demo. I do not know what flipkart is resolving. Should not have bought online.
Delivery people employed by flipkart are highly unprofessional. Nowhere near to Amazon. Coming to Bosch, demo/installation engineer visited after three requests n even then were unable to install machine. Will never buy any Bosch product due to very poor service.
