Product just lying in my home for 10 days. Yet to be installed. Flipkart just giving their apologies. What is the use of that Pathetic service from BOSCH
Product was good overall
I bought the product..product came...and thats when issue started..git the full co orporation from from Flipkart however Bosch have really sad service...installtion and demo was free however I kept getting call from various department Bosch telling me I have to pay for installment or travel expense of the representative, everytime Flipkart can assured installation is free..after a month of end number of calls and follow ups from me and Flipkart..Bosch installed and provided demo.
Product is good but we paid 2500 extra for demo person for all other items like stand cover and fitting items that is not ok i suggest you to include all these items and make it as package
The product has been delivered on Thursday and is still not installed till today..the Bosch centre keeps telling they will send technician for past 2 days..the technician came on Sunday and installed a faulty tap and said water pressure is not proper...I have called my plumber and he installed proper tap..now Bosch technician is not coming...Bosch service is very horrible and pleas be very careful of buying large appliances from Flipkart they don't support the customer and are dependent on company like Bosch to do all servicing..you will end up paying more money on installations and you will lose more than the discount you receive from Flipkart..this is my first such experience in Flipkart their other products and services are good...large appliances is a problem...
