Order & Delivery: Good as usual by Flipkart Product Quality: All good except drain pipe leakage. Technician visited and found the problem do exist. Hence we requested Flipkart for a refund, since we are not satisfied with the product we would like to return it. Return & Refund: The product was returned back by Flipkart the next day after confirmation of Refund process. Return and Refund policy is good. We do sincerely request Flipkart & BPL to perform quality check for any defects in the product. We are all ready to buy an Indian product and that too from an Indian e-commerce company and also we are all concerned about the product quality.
