Pathetic after sales service, TV is not installed after 10 days of delivery, I have been calling customer care of flipkart and they have been saying scripted things everytime. I can't get the TV installed locally because of warranty issues and they have been extending installation date everytime I call them. Flipkart seems to be cheaters they are very arrogant and don't give a damn obout their customers, this is the first time I have bought anything from flipkart and I will never buy anything from flipkart again, amazon is better in service and customer support. Very disappointed.
BPL 43 inch 4k Smart TV is the best in the market for the given price(40K).nPros:n1. Build quality is quite decent. Product is designed by BPL but Made in Chinan2. HD channels Video quality is excellent and Audio is pretty decent.n3. 4K Video quality is Crystal clear n4. Wifi connects quickly. Wifi gets auto connected when TV is switched on.n5. YouTube works well provided internet connection is good. n6. Miracast is Fantastic and simple to use. Android devices can be mirrored to TV screen easily. n7. Remote build quality is good and very responsiven8. Plays HEVC format videos without any glitchn9. Plays all video formats from Transcend 500GB external Hard Disk(FAT32) and Seagate 2TB external Hard Disk(NTFS) without any lagnnCons:n1. Product has Opera OS and not Android. Hence Android Apps cannot be installed.n2. Android lovers please don't but this TV to avoid disappointment else you will regretn3. Wireless Keyboard/mouse is not supported. You are forced to use on-screen keyboard. Terrible experience..n4. BPL and Vu 4k Smart Tv is nothing but Re-branded Hisense 4k Smart Tvn5. Opera TV App Store is total garbagen6. No built-in Bluetooth and hence cannot use Bluetooth Speakersn7. Video color quality varies with viewing angle. Color quality degrades with increase in viewing angle beyond 120°.n8. Sound volume can be controlled only with TV remote and not with DTH remoten9. No Skype, Kodi player
